My Story

Picnic with my Nephew

I believe I am meant to be a mama to a special baby I have yet to meet. I’ve always wanted to be a mom, for as long as I can remember. I’m fortunate to be an aunt  to my four amazing nephews, who so sweetly call me “Stephie” (not Aunt Stephie). I’m also “Aunt Steph” to my closest friends’ kids. I cherish my time with all the kiddos, and can’t wait for them to love up my little one! They will be the best cousins! I have so much love to share with a baby, and a big, loving, supportive network to surround him or her with.

Family

Family is the most important thing in my life and brings me so much joy. I’m the oldest of three children, and I cherish my relationships with my younger brothers, their wives and their children. You can learn more about my family here, on the Family & Friends page!

A Healthy Lifestyle

A healthy lifestyle is important to me. I love to cook and eat healthy, stay active through a variety of activities like yoga, walks outside and hiking with friends. Other things that nourish me – meditation, reading and learning, and having meaningful connections and relationships.

Travel

Traveling to new places, exploring new cities and countries fuels my soul. Especially when shared with loved ones. From smaller groups- like traveling with my mom, aunt and cousin to Italy, where my mom and aunt were born to trips that include everyone! The beach is one of those vacations – a yearly trip where aunts, uncles, kids and dogs pack into one house. So much food and lots of laughter. It’s a time we all look forward to. I can’t wait for my baby to share the experiences, the fun and the adventures!

Work

I had a successful career in corporate marketing, before leaving to pursue my passion for helping women to live their best lives. I now work for myself as a life and wellness coach and yoga teacher, which allows me to keep a flexible schedule.

Volunteering

I’m grateful for the opportunity to have worked with incredible organizations like Habitat For Humanity, Covenant House and Ronald McDonald House Charities. Giving back to the community is important to me.
